My work is a combination of behavior science and evidence-based approaches to conflict and communication, informed by training through leading institutions such as Harvard, Columbia, Stanford and UNITAR.

I love conflict, when it’s handled well. It can lead to feeling understood and supported, better ideas, stronger collaboration, and relationships that can withstand tension.

I didn’t always have the tools to engage in conflict productively. I often avoided difficult conversations until I felt cornered, which limited both my relationships and my work.

That changed when I began studying behavior change and conflict resolution. Conflict is everywhere, and knowing how to engage in it well is one of the most empowering skill sets you can develop in both your professional and personal life.
